I See Red

Street photography book inspired by my travels, including Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New York City, Barcelona and Cairo.

Details:

  • 5.5” x 8.5”

  • Soft touch cover

  • Signed

Across my archive of street photographs, I began to notice a quiet but persistent thread: the color red. I wasn’t searching for it, yet it kept appearing, tugging my attention. Unlike in my fine art practice, where red often carries symbolic weight, here it functions instead as a grounding element—something that stitches together fleeting moments from streets around the world. Have fun seeing red!

Fine Art Print on Paper

This photograph was taken on the last day of my artist in recidence at the Canterbury Shaker Village. The Dwelling House was built in 1792. This photograph manifested as the morning fog was lifting and the sunrise created this incredible sharp shadow. I was captivated and used a long exposure to accentuate the colors and mood of the scene.
